Food Channel or Retail

At Grupo Videla we know that the food channel encloses different types of customers with different and specific needs regarding products. This means our commercial team has had to establish a close relationship with all our customers in order to define properly which products suits them best. Therefore, the final presentation of each product may vary from a great format to a hygienic or thermoformed format. This is why we are able to elaborate, whenever needed, a personalized product in terms of characteristics or customer’s brand name, and always accomplishing with the highest quality standards.

Either under the customers’ brand or under our own, CONVI, our main objective is reaching the customers’ satisfaction. That is the reason why  the deep-frozen products are delivered to our final customers in optimal conditions, right after having passed the most strict tests and controls according to current legal rules and the standards of international organizations such as IFS.
